Bringing together contemporary artists, designers, and creative thinkers, the programme unfolds through a carefully curated selection of exhibitions, workshops, and conversations.
Rather than offering isolated events, «The Creative Series» introduces an ongoing cultural layer within the hotel — where artistic experiences are naturally integrated into the rhythm of the space.

THE ART OF KINTSUGI: FINDING BEAUTY IN IMPERFECTION
This workshop introduces participants to the philosophy and practice of Kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with lacquer and gold. Rooted in the aesthetics of imperfection and transformation, the experience invites participants to reconsider breakage not as damage, but as part of an object’s history and beauty.
IKEBANA: THE ART OF BALANCE WITH KOKUGA FLOWER STUDIO
This workshop invites participants into the world of contemporary floral composition, inspired by the principles of Ikebana — the Japanese art of flower arrangement.
Guided by florist Nathan Kunigami, the session explores the relationship between form, space, and intention, encouraging a slower and more conscious approach to working with natural materials.
This experience invites participants into a moment of slowness and conscious creation, where each person shapes their own tea object while exploring the beauty of imperfection through the philosophy of wabi-sabi. Set within an intimate and carefully curated environment — soft lighting, candles, and natural elements — the act of making becomes a ritual, connecting body, matter, and the senses.
Quiet Objects -a contemporary textile art exhibition organised and produced by THE CURATED Lisbon as part of The Creative Series — an ongoing cultural programme bringing contemporary art, design, and creative practices into the context of hospitality. Presented on the occasion of Lisbon Design Week, the exhibition explores textile as a contemporary artistic medium, highlighting its capacity to express material intelligence, emotional depth, and spatial presence.
Quiet Objects brings together works by Vanessa Barragão, Olga Ermol, Mariana Ralo, João Bruno Videira, and Marta Ramada Leite — artists whose practices expand textile beyond traditional boundaries through weaving, embroidery, knotting, and sculptural fibre techniques.
