ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Irina Gordienko is a Lisbon-based curator, cultural producer and founder of THE CURATED Lisbon.
With a background spanning art history, interior design, communications and cultural projects, Irina works at the intersection of contemporary art, design and hospitality. Her curatorial approach is rooted in discovery and connection — bringing together artists, designers, collectors, cultural spaces and brands, and creating contexts in which art can be encountered beyond the traditional gallery setting.
Since establishing THE CURATED Lisbon, she has developed and curated exhibitions, artist collaborations, cultural programmes, private art experiences and editorial projects across Lisbon and Portugal. Through THE CURATED Lisbon, she creates a personal entry point into this world: discovering emerging voices, opening doors to artists’ studios and private spaces, and building meaningful connections between creative people and culturally curious audiences.
